Not at all, for two reasons. First, the typical StayPlan is based on a detailed personal assessment and 10-year forecast of your personal activities (including activities of daily living). This assessment is important for considering other living arrangements. Second, our typical StayPlan includes a thorough home inspection which is important for preparing the home for resale should that become necessary.
