The Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) program was developed by the National Association of Home Builders, working with the AARP and others. It is designed to reflect the technical, business management, and customer service skills essential to competing in the fastest growing segment of the residential remodeling industry: home modifications for seniors and the elderly. When Homespan helps the homeowner with implementing any recommended home projects in their Plan, preference is given to CAPS remodelers and design-build professionals.
Our staff includes those trained and certified as Certified Senior Advisors (CSA)® by the Society of Certified Senior Advisors. Our CSAs have supplemented their individual professional licenses, credentials, and education with continuing education and extensive experience working with older adults.
